Ticeses Teasley (Ms.Tyson) is the founder of Nurturing Minds. Tyson enjoys empowering youth and families holistically through Facilitating Enrichment Programing & Individual Sessions. Tyson is a Certified One Circle Foundation Facilitator, A Motherhood/Co-Parenting Facilitator, Licensed QMHP-A, & Certified Life Coach.

The Alternative Therapeutic Experience
Therapy Undefeated, Where Trauma meets talent Therapy Undefeated is a behavior conditioning tool used to assist youth in navigating through tough emotions. Offering youth the Alternative Therapeutic Experience to defeat Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, & other challenging emotions that cause difficulty in building healthy connections with others.
Therapy Undefeated, promotes healthy communication of thoughts and feelings between youth and adults. Often times youth struggle with expressing their thoughts associated with anger which could result in explosive outburst, negative self talk, lack of confidence and an increase of physical aggression. Statistics show that 3.2 million adolescent suffer from major depressive episode, 8 percent have regular violent outburst and it appears to be rising. Between 10 - 15 percent of youth suffer from symptoms at any one time & only 30 percent of all teens are being treated.
Therapy Undefeated collaborates the skill/discipline of Physical Sports, Art, Music , practical skill development & Supportive Peer Groups to empower youth and inspire positive change.
Therapy Undefeated is NOW being offered in Albert Hill Middle School, Henderson Middle School, River City & Lucille Brown!
Looking for More? Therapy Undefeated now collaborates with Truefades Beards & Haircuts to educate individuals in developing knowledge & technique to pursue a career as a Licensed Barber or Braider. Our goal is to guide youth in developing sustainable income to build stronger futures.
